Volunteers are not paid but donate their time freely.

Volunteers are always welcome! Only have time to donate a few hours a year - that is ok! Want to help at our booth during an event - that would be super helpful. Volunteers needed to hand out educational brochures in the neighbourhoods - a great way to meet your neighbours.
Other volunteer activities - youth education outreach, hanging bear aware signs up, social media wizards, verifying and researching bear sightings, zone directors for CVRD region F and I and executive board members.
